If you’ve paid attention to previous emails you will know that I’ve shared the 3 email promo series…you introduce a benefit, then share a story about someone using your offer, and finally the “all about the product/offer and benefits” email.
This email can be that 3rd email in the series. It can also stand on it’s own as a promotional mailing.
This is a direct-response email. It focuses on selling the product by highlighting the benefits.
The intent isn't to provide value and then sell. It really is to show the benefits so the reader understands what they're buying.
A bit of rapport building is always a good idea. Also a good idea is to follow the same principles of a subject line that makes them curious to read more + a first paragraph that jumps right into showing the problem.
The following template has been successful for hundreds of offers ranging from pet supplies to supplements, from lawn equipment to coaching. Well, let me clarify. This template works for a slightly cold to warm audience. It's an email you send to people who have opted in to your list, who have received your welcome series, and who are aware of your company and the solution you sell. They may or may not have purchased something, yet.
