In my experience, long copy works best when you
want to educate about the benefits
you need to show proof that your product/service gets results
If your audience is warm because
They know you. They know your company. They know the solution you offer.
Then you'll definitely use long copy to introduce a new product or service.
But don't get carried away and try to share all the details in your first email announcement.
